Our Agents

Our employees are from rural America with a strong work ethic and demonstrated loyalty to Hamilton.

Hamilton places significant focus on training.  As a result, our agents are more confident and consequently perform better than their counterparts at other contact centers.  This increases performance and leads to less frustrated agents with longer tenure.  Over 75% of our agents have been with us for more than a year, many of them significantly more.

Our representatives average an educational level of high school plus one year of college.

The average age of a Hamilton representative is 30 years.

Hamilton's agents have greater experience and education than their counterparts in other contact centers. As a result, they use better grammar and speak in a more professional and confident tone. In addition, Hamilton's employees are primarily from the Midwest‚ an area generally considered to be devoid of recognizable accents and regional slang.
