Hamilton Named Top 50 Service Provider For 2009

Hamilton Contact Center Services has been named to Customer Inter@ction Solutions® magazine’s list of the Top 50 largest inbound and outbound contact centers for 2009. Companies ranked on the Top 50 have met the stringent criteria set by the editors of Customer Inter@ction Solutions® including the verification of billable minutes for which each agency was charged by its telephone service providers during the 12-month period from November 1st, 2007 to October 31st, 2008.

The editors of Customer Interaction Solutions have ranked Hamilton Contact Center Services as a Top 50 Teleservices Agency because we were able to document through verification letters from our telecommunications carriers that we are one of the largest outsourced call center providers in the industry.

The 24th Annual Top 50 Teleservices Agencies Ranking recognizes the top outbound and inbound teleservices agencies, both domestic and international, well as interactive inbound, as measured by the amount of billable teleservices minutes they have completed during the past year.
