President and CEO
Phil Nelson, a graduate of the University of Nebraska, has been with Hamilton for over 35 years, serving the last 15 years as Hamilton's president. As president (and co-owner), he has been an active participant in the development of key business operations and in the implementation of an open channel of communication with employees and clients.

JOHN NELSON
President of Contact Center Services
John Nelson is the President of Hamilton Contact Center Services and Vice President of Operations for Hamilton Telecommunications. John is an active board member for Hamilton’s parent company, and holds overall responsibility for Hamilton Contact Center Services at the senior management level. John has extensive experience in the support and maintenance of telecommunications equipment, along with strong skills in software development and troubleshooting. John was the on-site technical backbone of the Louisiana Relay Center for four years, before moving to Aurora, Nebraska where he joined Hamilton’s Senior Management team.

GARY WARREN
President of Services Corporation
Gary Warren, a graduate of the University of Nebraska Law School, has been with Hamilton for 15 years. He currently assists in the general management of Hamilton with a particular emphasis in development of new projects. He has served and continues to serve on several Nebraska economic development boards.

THOMAS KELL
Executive Vice President of Contact Center Services
Tom is the business line executive responsible for the overall performance of Hamilton Contact Center Services. He brings to Hamilton thirty years of diverse experience including executive roles as General Manager, Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer. Tom has a strong technical and business background with an engineering degree from the University of Nebraska and a business degree from Bellevue University. His executive leadership experience includes founding two successful grass-roots companies, business acquisitions, financing expansions and economic development projects.

CONNIE PETERSON
Director of Operations
A Hamilton employee since 1989, Connie Peterson has been instrumental in the long-term development of best practices for Hamilton's team. In her current role as Director of Operations, she is responsible for managing all inbound and outbound operations with primary emphasis on program results and profitability utilizing a motivational management style.

VALERIE PAGLIARO
Director of Business Development
As a 30-year industry veteran, Valerie has sold and managed literally thousands of contact programs. She has held various contact services management positions including Vice President of Sales, Vice President of Publishing Services and Business Development Director.
At Hamilton she successfully parlays this experience in guiding prospective clients through the vendor selection, program implementation, and ongoing program development processes. Valerie’s areas of expertise include inbound consumer affairs and customer service programs and outbound sales, lead generation, and renewal programs.

GARY LEWIEN
Marketing Manager
With a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management and over 10 years in communications and marketing, Gary joined the Hamilton team in 2007. Gary also brings with him almost 30 years in business experience. He is responsible for the development and management of various marketing tools designed to increase brand awareness and generate interest in Hamilton's services. Gary also oversees the RFP response process with a focus on communicating Hamilton's core competencies and key differentiators to potential clients.

SARA ZIMMERMAN
Senior Account Manager
Sara was a member of the Hamilton Team in high school and worked as an agent for three years. After attending college, she rejoined the team in 2000 as Report Specialist and was promoted to Account Management Assistant in 2002, to Account Manager in 2003 and Sr. Account Manager in 2005.
Sara has accumulated a broad knowledgebase of the industry in general and in effective account management practices. Her thorough understanding of each program’s statistical reports allows her to quickly analyze program data and make suggestions for improving performance. Sara’s extensive Business-to-Business experience has provided multiple benefits for clients and Hamilton alike.
