Hamilton Contact Center Services operates three (3) full-service contact centers in the state of Nebraska. They are located in Aurora, Columbus and Kearney, Nebraska. We are a division of Hamilton Telecommunications, which was founded in 1901 as a local telephone cooperative serving Hamilton County, Nebraska. In 1961, it was bought by the Nelson Family and was incorporated in the state of Nebraska.
Hamilton also operates Hamilton Relay out of a number of specialized contact centers throughout the country where we offer a variety of services for the hearing and speech impaired. These services include Traditional Relay Services, Captioned Telephone (CapTel®), and Internet Relay. Hamilton provides traditional relay and/or CapTel services to a third of the U.S., including the District of Columbia, the Island of Saipan and the Virgin Islands.
Hamilton also encompasses the following business lines; Hamilton Telephone Company, an incumbent Local Exchange Carrier (ILEC) located in Nebraska, Hamilton Long Distance, Hamilton Information Systems which provides technology & communications planning, support, and implementation, Hamilton.net, Inc. which provides Internet access services, and Mid State Community TV which provides cable television services to communities within the company's telephone service area.
Company wide, Hamilton employs over 500 people throughout the country. |
