Hamilton Contact Center Services operates two full-service contact centers in the state of Nebraska.  They are located in Aurora anc Columbus, Nebraska.  We are a division of Hamilton Telecommunications, which was founded in 1901 as a local telephone cooperative serving Hamilton County, Nebraska.  In 1961, it was bought by the Nelson Family and was incorporated in the state of Nebraska.

Hamilton also operates Hamilton Relay out of a number of specialized contact centers throughout the country where we offer a variety of services for the hearing and speech impaired.  These services include Traditional Relay Services, Captioned Telephone (CapTel®), and Internet Relay.  Hamilton provides traditional relay and/or CapTel services to a third of the U.S., including the District of Columbia, the Island of Saipan and the Virgin Islands.
