History

Hamilton Contact Center Services is a division of Hamilton Telecommunications, which was founded in 1901 as a local telephone cooperative serving Hamilton County, Nebraska. In 1961, it was bought by the Nelson Family and was incorporated in the state of Nebraska. Since then, Hamilton has grown into a multi-faceted telecommunications firm providing;

• Contact Center Services through its three Nebraska facilities
• Telecommunications Relay Services to 17 states, two territories and the District of Columbia
• Telephone Service to nine communities
• Internet Service to approximately 50 communities
• Long Distance Service
• Information Systems
• Cable Television Service to seven communities
